The service we received from the Wiehler team was exceptional.  The main office kept us apprised as we waited for parts to arrive from their supplier,  and as soon as the product was in, Dawson was at our home for the installation. Dawson was friendly, professional, courteous and most importantly,  knowledgeable and competent.  He took time to explain in a simple and clear manner what the issue was and what had to be done to resolve it. He also came back after the installation to make a couple of adjustments to the water pressure so that our toilet would operate more quietly, and included it under the original visit.
