Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The service we received from the Wiehler team was exceptional. The main office kept us apprised as we waited for parts to arrive from their supplier, and as soon as the product was in, Dawson was at our home for the installation. Dawson was friendly, professional, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable and competent. He took time to explain in a simple and clear manner what the issue was and what had to be done to resolve it. He also came back after the installation to make a couple of adjustments to the water pressure so that our toilet would operate more quietly, and included it under the original visit. Our family feels very confident in recommending Dawson, and Whieler to others. We would give them an 11/10 if we could.

The work was done efficiently and as requested. The work area was nicely tidied up after the work was complete. I could not be happier! Great work by super nice guys!

Benefits of Using Hot Water Tank

Immediate Hot Water

K

L

Because storage water heaters have a supply of heated water standing by for use, you won’t have to wait long for the water to reach the taps. With tankless water heaters, there can be significant lag time, which is both inconvenient and wasteful of water.

No Natural Gas Line Changes

K

L

Natural gas is the best option for a tankless system, but the current natural gas piping in your home may be insufficient for the needs of the new tankless water heater. This can mean higher costs for installation. But a storage-tank water heater can simply hook up to the current gas supply with no alterations.

Benefits of A Tankless Hot Water Heater

Unlimited Hot Water

K

L

Unlike a hot water tank that can only hold so much hot water at a time, a tankless hot water heater can provide continuous hot water as long as there is fuel or energy to heat it.

Long-Lasting

K

L

Tankless Hot Water Heater typically has a longer life expectancy and is easier to fix. Most models have a lot of replaceable parts, making them easier to fix and maintain for longer periods of time.

Less Space Required

K

L

Hot water tanks can take up a lot of storage space in your home. A tankless hot water heater normally hangs on a wall so it is out of the way. Giving you more useful space in your home.

Energy Efficient

K

L

A traditional hot water tank needs to work to keep the water hot, even when you might not need it. A tankless hot water heater only heats water when you need it. This happens quickly so you aren’t left without hot water, but doesn’t heat water unnecessarily.
